Creative:

• Kardin has a love for music, whether it’s piano, cello, guitar, or bagpipes. He’s also the type to suggest the craziest ideas to overcome a solution.

Daring

• Kardin is more than willing to jump off the edge and into the fire. If there’s something he wants to do, he’ll give it his best. He’s a risk-taker, has a bit of a betting addiction, and has a need to test his limits.

Merciful

• Grudges are not something Kardin can be bothered to hold. If someone causes trouble for himself or those he cares about, he’ll make things even. After things are evened out, he considers his enemy/adversary a neutral acquaintance afterwards. However if they come back again, the second time he’ll make sure to end it.

Loyal

• Stick by the code of the Crimson Dragon. Kardin Peak’s loyalty to his gang's second to none. In the short time he’s been with them he’s grown to trust them as much, if not more, than his own family.

Indecisive

• While Kardin isn’t afraid to act, deciding when he should act and when he shouldn’t comes with difficulty. Due to being relatively new to the Crimson Dragon gang (in comparison to the core members) He is still learning when to get involved, or when it’s something that whoever is involved should deal with themselves.

[History]

Pre-gang: Kardin was an all around average guy during his childhood. He liked to play sports, mess around in the fields not far from home, and play with the few friends he had. However, his average life ended there, like many kids before him, Kardin was bullied around a lot by the other kids.  Beatings, theft of his things, and blackmail were all too common. Years would slowly crawl by and when Kardin was 12, he and his parents went on a vacation into the big city, the usual touristy type of stuff. Kardin, being the dumb kid he was, wandered off when his folks weren’t paying attention and got wrapped up in a gang fight. Having been found alone, the gang surrounding him saw him as easy pickings for a few bucks. Kardin, having hit his snapping point, told them to bugger off. This wasn’t taken well and Kardin ran when they tried to grab him. Before they could, someone showed up and fought in his place. Due to his size, Kardin ended up hiding behind a trash bin to stay out of it, watching as a woman single handedly took on twelve men by herself without as much as a scratch. Impressed by this Kardin approached the stranger and they talked for awhile, Kardin wanted to learn from her and become strong like she was. The woman, meaning to just get this kid off her hands told him “Come to the Smoked Antler when you’re at least able to throw a good punch. Then we can talk” she laughed, leaving him alone once again.

During-gang:

Kardin kept a hold of those words and a week after he turned 15 he went back to the street where he was told to meet that strange woman. He waited for a full day and half way into the night when she finally came out, reeking of booze. He approached her and explained once again who he was. In her drunken stupor she stayed the night in his backseat. The next day they talked for awhile, the end result being Kardin would join their gang. Despite being technically illegal they go around and do various things to help people. Essentially they would go around and act against other gangs spreading weapons, drugs, or just plain causing trouble. Despite these intentions, they often ended up with the blame and quickly became infamous. Kardin kept this a secret from his parents and still keeps it a secret to this day.

Powers/Strengths: Propulsion

Flash: Can increase speed for short bursts in any direction

Strike: By adding force in the opposite direction, Kardin can make his punches pack more of a, well punch. (With constant repeating, can be used to temporarily hold up a heavy weight, push something back, etc)

Propulsion Wave: Kardin can manifest ‘force’ from inside his lungs and with a loud yell, can apply force onto anything in a sphere nearby.

Drawbacks to Abilities:

Flash: If Kardin can’t fit through somewhere physical (ex: between bars of a cell) He can’t flash through them, and will instead slam into them.

Propulsion Wave: Burns through a ton of energy despite its massive usefulness.

Kardin’s Strikes require energy, if he runs out he risks damaging muscle, or fainting.

[Skillset/Hobbies]

Knows how to fly small aircraft (has a license from his short time in college)

Multilingual

Can imitate most voices after listening to them for a few minutes (usually 10 or more)

Likes to play different instruments, mostly drums, guitar, and Saxophone (though he only owns drums at the time of creation)

Enjoys playing games involving a bet or risk of some sort. Gambling tends to be a problem because of this.

[Weaknesses]

Easily gets hungry and can’t function without food or some sort of sustenance. (if stomach = empty, Kardin = on floor nearly exhausted)

Has a bounty on his head, known as ‘The Crimson Flash’ but his picture doesn’t show his face. If someone should find out, it could mean serious trouble for Kardin.

[Likes]

Food, especially dense-stick to your rib, kinds of food.

Music, usually modern day rock, alternate rock, as well as Electro/Light Dubstep

Motorbikes, almost every member of the Crimson Dragon Gang owns one or rents one. He’s come to love them over time. He is currently saving up for a Cruiser motorbike.

[Dislikes]

Cold/Wet weather. It’s a pain to deal with, especially since his only roof is a few tarps ringed together.

Tight clothes. He prefers to have ‘breathing room’ when it comes to clothing.

Having his picture taken. With his bounty and all, he doesn’t want to chance people putting two and two together. He’s changed his hair and gotten contacts (color only, no perscription) to help hide.
